That book pretty much defined my childhood. Madeleine L'Engle's books are amazing.

Yes, they are! I've been meaning to reread some of them, namely A Ring of Endless Light (I love that one too) and the rest of Time Quartet (I've only read Wrinkle out of the four ;-;)

It's been such a long time sice I've read A Ring of Endless light, I definitely remember loving it at the time though.
I think you'll adore A Wind in the Door (I love it almost as much as the first), I've never been quite as grabbed by the other two though.
